Business Succession Coaching uses AI-assisted tools in parts of our work. This page explains how, and what it means for you.

Why We Use AI Tools

Succession planning involves a significant amount of research, documentation, and organization. AI-assisted tools help us work more efficiently: drafting and refining written materials, organizing information, identifying patterns, and supporting the process planning that is central to coaching work.

These tools are part of how we deliver quality work without passing unnecessary cost on to clients. They are one part of a larger process that is always guided and reviewed by Darlene.

Where AI Assists

Where AI Does Not Apply

All coaching conversations are conducted by Darlene directly. The judgment calls, the reading of your specific situation, the relationship, and the accountability structure of coaching are human work. AI does not attend sessions, does not receive personal financial details shared in confidence, and does not make recommendations on your behalf.

Your Information and AI Tools

We do not input your personal information, financial data, or confidential business details into AI tools. If AI-assisted drafting is used in producing a client document, it is based on general frameworks, not on your private data.

If you have questions about how a specific document was prepared, you are always welcome to ask.

Accuracy and Review

AI tools can produce errors, outdated information, or content that needs adjustment. All AI-assisted output is reviewed by Darlene before it is used or shared. If you notice something in our materials that appears incorrect or outdated, please let us know.
